Our bold version of the popular classic. The base is still the same—sesame, sumac, coriander and oregano (or thyme depending on the region!). We just add a few more herbs and spices to the mix to enhance the flavor and give you more options to pairing and seasoning. Seeds and spices are always toasted before tossing and mixing it all together. It really enhances the flavor. And, as with all of our spice and tea blends, we do our best to source as ethically, locally or traditionally as possible.
Several of our herbs are sourced from Egypt, all ingredients are fair trade and 90% are organic.
